Be the FIRST ONE to get BioShock Infinite for FREE

Beat the crowds and get BioShock Infinite plus a $250 GameStop gift card for free. BioShock Infinite is an upcoming survival horror first-person shooter video game. First person shooter like you’ve never seen before.

More about BioShock Infinite:

The critics at the Electronic Entertainment Expo 3, 2011 liked this game a lot. So will previous Bioshock fans. Bioshock Infite won 75 awards at the expo including Best of Show. While the upcoming release is loosely related to previous Bioshock games, Bioshock Infinite hopes to intrigue players with an entirely new world to explore.

That new world is “Columbia” a floating city where the main character, Booker Dewitt, arrives to rescue damsel in distress Elizabeth. The year is 1912 and Booker is a former Pinkerton agent tasked with helping Elizabeth escape from her lifelong captors.

Bioshock Infinite is set to be released February 26, 2013, per the website, so fans will have to wait a bit longer for this much anticipated title. The delay was intended to make Bioshock Infinite even better and Creative Director Ken Levine, stated, “…we’re doing things that no one has ever done in a first-person shooter.” Sounds exciting!

Compatible platforms include PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360. Irrational Games, makers of Bioshock, have stated that there will be support for PlayStation Move. There is no WiiU version and there are no imminent plans to make one. There has yet to be an announcement regarding a collector’s edition. The site says “stay tuned.”

Many fans have inquired about a multiplayer version. Bioshock Infinite is still a first person shooter, still part of the survival horror sub-genre, with no immediate plans for a multiplayer mode.

Creators say they hope to “shock” players into exploring new settings in a whole new way. Will you be able to save Elizabeth?

The toughest, bravest, fighters will have an opportunity to challenge themselves through a hard mode version unlike any other. The “1999 Mode” will require players to make tough choices, balance resources, choose specializations carefully, and utilize them to their fullest extent. You will still have game saves, and the developers say you will need them!
